Store Terms
These terms apply to digital purchases sold by Waystone Network for use on Waystone Network.
What you are buying
Gems are a closed, in-server digital wallet with no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside Waystone Network. Paid ranks are permanent account entitlements for the lifetime of the network, not a promise that the server or every perk will operate forever. Rank perks may be adjusted to preserve balance, safety, legal compliance, or Minecraft requirements.
Delivery
Enter the exact Java or dot-prefixed Bedrock username that has already joined Waystone. After Stripe confirms payment, Waystone delivers the purchase automatically while that player is online, or when they next join. /store claim is a manual recovery option. The SQL order ledger prevents a checkout from being granted more than once.
Account and conduct
Purchases do not exempt a player from network rules. Moderation, suspension, or a ban does not automatically create a refund right. Do not make a purchase without the account holder's permission. Minors must have any parent or guardian permission required for online purchases.
Payment disputes
Contact Waystone support before opening a payment dispute so delivery or duplicate-charge problems can be investigated. A refund or dispute places the related entitlement under staff review.
